She has a remarkable talent for encouraging congregational singing and involving musicians of all abilities in leading music for worship. Frances is available to lead workshops for anyone involved in leading worship: clergy and lay ministers, musicians, chaplains, teachers, readers ... She has provided training through the Mount Street Jesuit Centre, Heythrop College, London School of Theology, and the Catholic Independent Schools Network. She has addressed conferences in Rome, York, Bangor, and Oxford, and at Westminster Cathedral with Cardinals Cormac Murphy-O'Connor and Joseph Arinze
